What is Rayler?
Rayler brings planning, content and business tools into one workspace. Available tools depend on your account and project access. Access is opening in stages; paid plans are planned.
Do I need a Meta account?
No. You only need to connect a Meta account if you choose a feature that uses it. Meta permissions and availability depend on the feature and the approval granted to our app.
What happens when I disconnect Meta?
Disconnecting stops future access through that connection. Data already stored in Rayler may remain until it is deleted under our retention rules or you request deletion. See Data deletion for the request route.
How do I ask for my data to be deleted?
Follow the steps on our Data deletion page. Identify the Rayler account and connected Facebook Page or Instagram account involved. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
