Data deletion instructions
You can ask Rayler to delete your personal data, including data received through a Facebook or Instagram connection.
You can ask Rayler to delete your personal data, including data received through a Facebook or Instagram connection.
Email privacy@rayler.ir from the address associated with your Rayler account. Put “Data deletion request” in the subject. Include your Rayler account or workspace name and, if relevant, the Facebook Page or Instagram username connected to it. Do not send passwords, access tokens or identity documents in the first email.
We will verify that you are entitled to make the request before changing account data. We will then review the data associated with the account or Meta connection, delete information we no longer need, and tell you if a legal or security obligation requires us to retain particular records.
You may also remove Rayler from the connected account’s business integrations or app permissions in Facebook or Instagram. This stops future access, but it does not itself delete data already held in Rayler. Send a deletion request using the steps above for that data.
If you believe Rayler holds data about you through another business’s workspace, email the same address with the relevant account or business name. We may need to coordinate with that business to verify and complete your request.
